Suzuki, Kazuhiro

Profile

Dr. Kazuhiro Suzuki received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Tokyo in 1998 and M.D. from the Medical School of Osaka University in 2003. After completing a medical internship, he carried out his doctoral study at the Graduate School of Medicine, Osaka University and obtained his Ph.D. in Medicine in 2007. He was trained as a postdoctoral fellow from 2007 to 2011 at the University of California, San Francisco. He returned to Osaka University as an associate professor and launched his independent laboratory at the Immunology Frontier Research Center (IFReC) in 2011. He was appointed as a professor at IFReC and concurrently RIMD in 2017.
