Jumpei Ito
Profile
He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Yamaguchi University in 2015 and earned his PhD from the Department of Genetics, School of Life Science, SOKENDAI (The Graduate University for Advanced Studies) in 2018. He subsequently served as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Life and Medical Sciences, Kyoto University, and as a JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Medical Science, The University of Tokyo. He later held positions as Project Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor at the same institute. He assumed his current position in April 2026.
