Promoted to Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Agriculture, Kobe University (1999); Lecturer in the Dept. of Medicine, Tottori University (2007); Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Medicine, Mie University (2009); and Professor at the Graduate School of Medical and Dental Science, Tokyo Medical and Dental University (2017). Appointed to current position as a professor at RIMD in 2020.
