Takashi Sato received the 2017 Osaka University Prize

Dr. Takashi Sato will receive the 2017 Osaka University Prize. The prize has been given to the faculty members of Osaka Universty, who have made remarkable contributions to the education, research, and organizational management. 

His research focus is uncovering the novel functions of new macrophage subsets, involved in various pathological disorders such as allergic response and metabolic syndromes.
