Taniguchi fellowship awardee 2017

Taniguchi Memorial Fellowship program is the scholarship program to support young research scientists organized by The Research Foundation for Microbial Diseases of Osaka University (BIKEN※). This program was established in 1962 and more than 600 researchers was supported. This year, 10 post-docs and 1 grad student were awarded. 

We hope these young researchers would be active in research and have outstanding research developments.

※BIKEN has been engaged in the develpmant of vaccines based on basic research of the Research Institute for Microbial Disesases (RIMD). Now, BIKEN manufactures and develops various vaccines such as influenza vaccine, Baricella vaccine and Measles, Rubella Combined Vaccine.
