“New Lifescience Big-data system NextBio”
The NextBio is an ontology-based semantic and statistical-analysis
platform that search highly heterogeneous data and textual information
from huge amount of global Lifesciense databases using unified interface
and keyword or user’s experimental data.
And NextBio assess gene role across different types of molecular data and
analyzes gene function across more than 10,000 genomic studies in major
disease, pharmacological and regenerative medicine area.
