予約は一枠30分です。30分以上使用する場合は複数枠を予約してください。

お部屋ご利用の際は8:30〜17:15の間に庶務係で鍵を借り、終了後返却してください。17:15までに庶務係に返却できなかった場合は、翌朝8:30に必ず返却ください。

Each reservation slot is 30 minutes. If you need more than 30 minutes, please book multiple slots.

Please pick up the key at the General Affairs Office between 8:30 AM and 5:15 PM and return it after use. If you cannot return it by 5:15 PM, please be sure to return it at 8:30 AM the following morning.
